Welcome to the world of Amazon. There is no proper value for seller. Recently, they did not pass our claim while they gave refund to customer after out of policy for returning product.
In reality, We are afraid to sell high value products on Amazon. When i was trying to raise claim during that time system was indicating that after 50 days you will able to raise safety claim.
Amazon is not loyal.
