Help in getting brand approval
Hi Amazon team - I have gotten permission from the brand owner to resell their products in the UK. However, the brand owner is new and do not recall how to provide me with approval to resell their brand.
This is what they said - " We did set up a seller account for Amazon.com and Amazon.ca years ago and completed the brand registry at that time—but I haven’t logged in for a long time and can’t quite remember how to access it now"
Please help as I would like to start selling their products. Thanks

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I would be happy to assist. They will need their credentials to log into the Amazon Brand Registry site or they can go through the forgot password workflow to get into the Brand registry account. Once there they can just follow the steps in the Manage your Brand Registry selling roles guide.
