"Manage Your Services" not working...any suggestions?

"Manage Your Services" not working...any suggestions?

I just opened a seller's account for my small business and have not yet uploaded my product. I am trying to "downgrade" to an "Individual" account rather than stay with the "Professional" which I didn't even know I was signing up for, but cannot access the downgrade option because "Manage Your Services" is not working. It keeps looping, as if it's loading, but never does. I do have a support ticket for this, but so far, no answers. Any suggestions are much appreciated. Thanks.

My name is CR and wanted to hop in here to see if you still needed some assistance here.

You are eligible for a one-time refund of subscription fee that will be charged to your account soon after the completion of registration process. You are only eligible for that one-off refund if you have not used any professional tools or benefits within 90 days

Once you have finished setting up your account, downgrade your account to the Individual selling plan by following the steps outlined in the this help page.

After completing this step, contact Seller Support by following this link, requesting reimbursement of the Professional selling fee of $39.99.

I am going to do quick check on my end as well to see if I can duplicate what you are seeing.

Hello again, CR back here. After a quick check, I see that the team is still working on this via case #15605802831.

You may want to pop in there and ask for an update as I see it is still currently pending internal action.

I will monitor this on my end as well, and please do @ tag me back here if you see a response come back in before I do.

Hi, Thanks for your reply and sorry about the delay in responding. I'm so new to this that I wasn't sure how to even find the response to my question, but I did tonight, so thanks again.

My case number has changed because I've called so many times about this issue, but this one is the one that applies now.156527150001.

I understand the steps to downgrade, but I am unable to even access the area to downgrade. As I said before, that part of the page continues to loop and never download. When I have called support, they see the same thing, but can't explain it and say their "technical" team is working on it.

Really?

And, I haven't used any professional tools for selling, because I'm not going to upload my product until this issue is resolved. I've had multiple people in support tell me the issue should be resolved in 48 hours, yet the problem persists after almost 2 weeks.

Today, I was told by someone that he could "refresh" the page I'm having the problem with and it should be fixed by tomorrow! Wow. I wonder why no one told me that in the previous 7 calls? Is that really all it is? I guess we'll see.

He also told me if I close my store and reopen with another email, it should work. Again, wow. Does anybody know what they're doing here?

So far, my impression of this whole selling-on-Amazon thing is not good.

At this rate, I may end up closing the store I never sold anything on and just selling on eBay and Walmart.
