that is a standard response on an a-z n now where you use a shipping method that doesn’t have a signature (and often the case even with a signature)
It’s a joke. But your only real hope would be a letter before action to Amazon.

hello danya i have had a couple of these all you need todo is reply to the A-Z claim stating that you have delivered it and if your courier has taken a picture you should be refunded the full amount

This is why I gave up selling anything more than £100 on Amazon absolutely no seller protection ... I just list expensive items on eBay where you do get covered in this situation.

I checked with the partner team and the issue with this order seems to be the invalid tracking number (tracking number in order details is incomplete-PY8549147).
Tracking information was not updated on time (before claim was filed) so the system processed the claim based on the incomplete tracking data available at the time.
I'm sorry I could not help you reverse the decision in this particular case.
