More than 365 days ago, I am having problems with my Amazon account due to a product I purchased and sent to FBA. My account is being reviewed and an invoice for the last 365 days is requested. I purchased the product for which Amazon is asking for an invoice 42 times in 2022 and a total of 5 times in 2024. Until this date, I have not yet run out of stock, this product is a large-sized product. It is not a product that I buy continuously as I can only put a maximum of 4-5 pieces in the parcels I send. My total amount of purchases is 47 units and the total number of products I have sold is much less. Since I did not buy new products, I do not have an invoice that meets Amazon's invoice criterion of invoice received within 365 days. Although I made a detailed explanation, my invoice was not accepted, and my video or voice call request was not returned.
If there is someone who has encountered a similar situation and solved it, I would be grateful if they could give their opinions and what I should do.
