How can i get my reviews back? ----Comments and star ratings registered on VINE have been largely deleted
My food heating pad products were registered on VINE on January 22nd this year and have received good reviews and stars since then.
I merged them into a variant and got a star rating of 4.4/87. But recently, on June 22nd, we found that all of our star ratings disappeared. We have contacted customer service many times but still couldn't solve the problem, and sent an email to community-help@amazon.com to request an investigation, but there is still no reply so far.
My seller support always tells me in the same way that these reviews have been determined and deleted by Amazon
OMG! I feel like I've been deceived. I spent $200 to sign up for the VINE program for each product, but all my precious reviews for these products were deleted without any notice. This is unfair. This is a scam

I can see that your account needs attention in order to be reactivated. Based on the reason I see for this violation in your account, I would assume that has something to do with what you're seeing on your listings.
