seller account deactivated for multiple account reason
Like the other posts, I was deactivated for the same reason. However, I know nothing about this other account, as such, how can I prove that I know nothing or not related to this other account. Seems very unfair to be shut down for nothing that I have done. I can and will submit business registration, monthly statement, tax information, however I have no information on this other account and have no documents disproving the relationship. Any help or advise is much appreciated.

Have you ever opened a seller account in the past? Even one that you opened and never used from years and years ago?
Does anyone else in your household have a seller account?
Anyone in your family with the same last name?

Hello @Seller_LEDyC4EQfG060,
Thank you for posting here on the forums.
I see that your account has been deactivated for a violation of the multiple accounts policy and you would like some guidance on your available appeal options.
This type of deactivation will occur when two accounts have personal or business information shared between them and one becomes deactivated. You do not have to own the other account for a link to be established.
To address this, you must provide proof that the accounts are no longer related, if this is not possible, it will be required for the other account to be reinstated. I would like to ask you some questions to help identify how the link could have occurred...
-Do you recognize the name of the other account? Have you asked your friends, family, coworkers and those close to you if they recognize the name of the account?
-Have you ever helped anyone with their selling account in anyway or vice versa? If so, what type of help?
-Do you use any third party service providers that assist with your account? (account creation, virtual assistants, inventory management, logistics, fulfillment, etc.) If so, which type of services do they provide and do they have access to your account?
-Has anyone else ever had access to your account? If so, who and why?
-Have you purchased inventory from another seller or business that partners with Amazon sellers?
-Does anyone else have financial interest in your account, such as an investor or loan partner?
I also suggest to review the following resources for more details on this policy...
--Comply with Amazon’s Multiple Account policy
--Address a Multiple Account Policy violation
