Featured Offer Glitch
For the past 8 weeks we have been having issues with the Featured offers within Amazon UK.
I have listed my problem with the Mega thread without any success along with so many other seller, and the frustration of what is happening and why Amazon will not tell us why this happens or what the issues are with our account seem completely against all sense.
Surly if we have a problem with our account and we would like to improve it and not make these mistakes in the future you need to tell us so we can become better seller and serve the customer better. But no, its a secret and they are not going to tell us, just work it out for yourself!!!!
So down to my current issue, i lost the featured offer like so many other and after about 3 weeks it returned, great i thought all sorted, it had a massive impact on my business but we where back and off we went, then two week later off again, no explanation or email just dead.
A week later and back on again... very strange. The 5th of June Tuesday off again, then week later 12th June Tuesday back on again, stranger and stranger, well guess what Yesterday Tuesday the 18th of once again.
Well this can not be a coincidence, what the hell is going on?
I really am at a loss, not only will my business suffer and will struggle to pay my bills and employees but what about the customer view/experience
One minute the product have a buy box and it all looks great the next it hard to find a way to purchase the product as it not easy to see how to purchase without a buy box on screen.
Not sure anyone from Amazon will pick this up as the @amazon team don't seem to looking at the mega thread anymore and little old me seems to be on my own.
Maybe someone has some incite to this strange behaver.

We have had this happen on several of our private label products recently, we are the only seller, some have come back but some still have no featured offer. I have a case open with seller support without a reply.
Another of our private label product has lost featured offer today as they claim we are 1p too expensive! We sell it for exactly the same price on our website and eBay. There is something clearly wrong with Amazon's bots at the moment. We haven't increased our price for this item for at least a year and nobody else sells the product anywhere.

It is ridiculous that eligibility for featured offer is removed for 1p.
Where is the 'Competitive External Price' from as we do not sell our own exclusive products cheaper anywhere else?
How can we plan stock replenishment when we have no idea if / when featured offer eligibility will be removed killing sales?
Amazon should not be dictating our selling prices.
