We are seeing an increase of customers being provided an address label rather than a prepaid returns label. Same return reasons and was wonder if anyone knows why some customers are not getting a prepaid returns label?

Only seeing this for those items we’ve excluded for being over £100 or if Amazon flags them as hazardous (though we normally have to supply a label there)
Other than that - all look to be prepaid labels still.
