Fraudulent accusations are affecting my account - does Amazon verify these accusations?

For some time now I have been receiving warnings from Amazon regarding violations of the "Trademark on Product" policy. This concerns one brand from which I have an authorization letter as well as a purchase invoice. I believe that this is unfair competition, someone is impersonating the owner of the rights to the brand and Amazon recognizes this without any verification. However, I receive warnings as High in Account Health.

The last warnings I received on my account concerned 2 ASINs of this brand.

Complaint ID: 17547860851

This warning made me think that something was wrong. Someone reported me for selling a product under a product brand that does not produce it - and this is not true. In addition, the contact details are provided, which, as I found out, are not true - the e-mail address and name of the reporting person are not associated with this brand. I have tried several times to contact them via this e-mail, but to no avail.

In addition, for some time now, the photos, titles, descriptions, ASINs of this brand have been changed, which is why I was forced to completely remove all ASINs of this brand for fear of receiving further warnings. Because one day all the data on the product page is correct, and the next day there may be a different description, title or brand than it should be. I suspect that this is related to unfair competition by other sellers of these products. Is there any way to defend yourself against such a situation?

Aren't false reports verified in any way by Amazon before they are uploaded to someone's account?

I would very much like to ask an Amazon employee for help in this matter. I am receiving unfair warnings regarding "Trademark on Product" and I would like to defend myself against it.

Your model cars maybe a problem.

For example the brand name is Bburago but you reference McLaren, Lamborghini etc in the title, description etc

Amazon will potentially see these infringing the trademark of McLaren, Lamborghini etc as the brand does not match. They would want to see a license agreement that Bburago has to override this.

If it is not that brand that is causing you an issue it maybe a similar problem with another brand you list.

If you put up the asin's that you are receiving the warning on other sellers (which is what this forum is) can cast a more experienced eye over them and see where any problems might lie.

A common issue is the product has been listed with an incorrect brand or the listers brand you have searched for the product and found it and listed on the item. As such your items are in Amazons eyes counterfeit because yours are not the brand associated with the listing. When people list like this they should use their own gs1's but many use the products UPC and therefore create this problem.

Hello @Seller_gmxvymkbzWJMM, thank you for reaching out. As per my understanding, the brand value has suddenly changed on your 2 listings. Can you confirm if this is the issue?

Best regards, Julia.

I agree with the other reply if you have a car manufacturer in the name amazon class this as a brand, I had it with a listing which was a Bumblebee holdback, I had the same infringement as there is a brand with this name, change it to Bee and all okay, its the bots picking it up so no common sense.
