Our last months funds are not releasing yet Amazon disbursing a very small amount as a disbursement they are disbursing only 1 or 2 thousand and put our money more than 1 lakh in reserve they are not releasing the funds also after many payment cycle, our return ratio is very less our step level is standard our account metrics and account health is Excellent then why this is happening to us we are not getting our own money of a non returnable category product. The Reserve period of amount is 7 days in standard step level then why it is taking more than a month to disburse our money

we contacted the seller support team and they did nothing.
