Actually, who can leave these feedbacks? Its absolutely ridiculous. Having 100% surisfied customers on Ebay, 2 Etsy's pages, Facebook and 97% positive feedbacks on Amazon, I receive 3 as "very pore quality" and one "pore quality". Who does this? it will not affect my rating,

Sounds like a competitor placing orders to leave bad feedback if all separate orders with same bad spelling of 'pore'.

It's full off junk sellers here mate, I have one star from "Professional Un-biased Reviews - Top Reviewer" with the review "Awful quality" Amazon won't do anything about it because it's legit apparently. Your sales will go down because of it.

Lol i agree, one of my buyers chased me as the parcel was late and was delivered eventually 2 days late. He messaged me to confirm that it had arrived just in time for his grandson's birthday. The order was a fly tying kit for fishing flies and another message to say his grandson was over the moon and it made him feel so connected with his grandson and they spent hours together tying fishing flies best present ever..... he left a bad review of 2 stars as it arrived late!!!

I have hundreds of items that I have never sold a single one of, but they have terrible feedback, often within days of listing. To allow people to leave feedback, for items that they haven't purchased is absolute madness and something that's impossible to understand!

There are some really interesting reviewers on Amazon. I usually use the Vine program so it stings even more when the reviewer leaving a frankly crazy review has received the product for free and I have paid for the privilege!
One set of reviews on a new floor cleaner product
* review of a ready to use product complaining its got no dilution instructions
* review of the product saying it wouldn't mask the smell of dog pee
* review of a ready to use product complaining its not a concentrate
and of course nobody seems to ever do 2-4 stars its all 1 star or 5 star. Can't take it too seriously but it does impact the launch of a new product until you can get enough sensible people to review your product fairly
