Is anyone else having massive issues since this new "AI" tool as come into place?
I am constantly having issues where I have to apply to sell brands every single week to fix issues where the parent/child ASIN's are being split.
A week later I lose my brand approval and they break again - feels like groundhog day.
It's been going on for weeks now, so just wondering if is just me or anybody else in the same boat?
It's getting tiring, sales are hard enough to come by at the minute without Amazon messing about with new tools.

Yes we are having the exact problem.
I discover one of our colour/size variation families is broken, I try to fix it using the upload and get the 8040 error (you may not create new variation families for this brand) then I have to wrestle with Seller Support to get approval to run my upload file. When eventually (usually I have to open multiple cases because they never understand that the ASINs already exist) I get approval, I run the upload file and successfully recreate teh family. Then 7-14 days later the variation family breaks again and I have to repeat the process. It's time consuming and, as you say, like groundhog day.
Agree 100% and SS just aren't getting to the bottom of it.
