Why am I receiving a policy violation for a restricted product when others are selling it?

I received a violation for listing a restricted product. It was an old listing I had but I had no active listings of said product (I just had not yet deleted the old product listing). However, when I look on Amazon, there are currently almost a dozen sellers selling the same exact item. Same name, same measurements/ounces, same brand, etc. How is it that I was given a violation when so many other sellers aren't? I submitted multiple attempts for help through a case log, and not once was my inquiry answered or resolved. I am repeatedly told my violation will remain unless I can prove otherwise. I did prove otherwise as there are many of these products still being sold (this is for a face cream). Because of this and one other alleged violation, my account has now been deactivated. I am at such a loss and don't know what to do. It's as though customer support is simply not listening to me and there seems to be nothing else I can do. I have been selling for over two years with no issues so I am so confused about this, and want to remain in good standing. Has this happened to anyone before? What else can I do? I'm not trying to be argumentative I'm simply questioning why this is happening to me and not the other sellers selling this exact product. Thank you for any info anyone can provide.

The "the other guy is doing it" defense won't work on Amazon. Not ever. Don't worry about the other guys, that is not relevant. Some may have a letter of authorization. Some may be deactivated later. That does not affect your case.

It sounds like you think you "proved" your innocence by pointing out others are selling it?

Invoices. That and a letter of authorization from the brand. That's what you will need.

Although I cannot provide any guidance on why 1 person may and another persona may not. I strongly suggest following the advise of @Seller_Hi7wbO2Kbo6bl.

With that said WHY was the listing identified as a restricted product? were you provide the reason in a notification or in the account health page?

This normally points out why it was flagged as such. If you can show proof that your product complies with said policy, you and anyone else with valid proof can sell their.

Amazon is claiming it's a restricted product due to it not meeting FDA's labeling requirements.

With labeling issues we include a specified reason after this statement.

So that we can offer more guidance in your situation, please provide the entire policy violation you received from the account health page, or the notification itself.
