Brand Registry rejected
Hi all,
I'm looking for some advice please. I've been rejected for Brand Registry and have been emailed a very generic email with a long list of possible reasons but no clue as to which one I was rejected for.
This is what the email stated for me being rejected:
"This decision was made due to one or more of the following reasons: a) your account was engaging in conduct that violates Brand Registry’s policies, such as, but not limited to, invalid notice submissions through our notice submission channels or tampering with the catalog; b) your application or account is related to other Amazon accounts or brands that have violated Amazon or Brand Registry’s policies, c) you are associated with one or more selling accounts as a primary owner and all of them have failed seller verification, d) inability to provide sufficient evidence of branding on products/packaging; e) you have a selling account that is de-activated, or f) your trademark application appears to be filed by a filing firm that may be violating US federal regulations and USPTO rules"
I've used an Amazon Sellers Attorney to file my trademark so I know that can't be the reason. My seller account health is 100%, I'm a brand new seller with no previous accounts so no prior problems/violations. My photo shows a product of mine with my trademark clearly printed on it (it's not a sticker or anything that can be removed).
Can anyone give me any kind of advice please? I'm tagging some Amazon staff as I've seen others do this on other threads - I hope this is ok?

Thank you for mentioning me.
Although I am not from the Brand Registry team and can only suggestions to why your application was declined, I do have some thoughts.
When looking into your application I noticed you have a mark type: 0 - UNKNOWN MARK DRAWING TYPE.
Please look at this post created by @Dougal_Amazon Brand Registry Design mark vs Word mark
If you read this page, mark type 0 is not an option brand registry accepts. I recommend working with USPTO or your attorney to update this to a valid mark type.
Once this has changed, please try to apply again reviewing the Brand Registry Application Guide. This is a step by step guide that may help.
