EC Declaration of Conformity

Hi,

I am trying to sell some products and sent them to amazon (FBA) (kids toy) Today they are asking me for the EC Declaration of Conformity and Genuine product images or its packaging. I do not have the product to take pictures so I will send the order details.

Do you know how can I get this EC Declaration of Conformity as I am buying from retail and not from wholesale supplies?

then you cannot list the item as New - you’ll have to list it as Used - Like New which i don’t believe you can in the Toy Category

Not being able to get the relevant safety sheets is another down side to RA/OA

Have you looked on the retailers website to see if they have it

The toy category is notoriously hard to get into, and there are loads of H&S and labelling requirements which you will have to supply.
Retail arbitrage is not the best way to start your selling on Amazon journey.

I would probably look at getting them returned since you are unlike to get the correct paperwork and you don’t have valid authorised wholesale invoices.
