Transferring an account or opening new account

Hello Sellers,

Currently we have DE VAT numbers and established Turkish company in amazon seller central. We established new company in UK with same shareholders and company name.

Now, my question is, should we open new seller account for our UK Company? Or, should we transfer our account?

Does anyone have experience regarding this matter? My main concern is account suspension.

Best,

Eren

If they are corporations, you can open an account for each of these legal entities. I would not do this for partnerships. If the Turkish company is no longer to be active, you can consider a transfer, as you will then have an account with a history (which is hopefully positive)
