Intellecture property of Generic products listing
I’ve imported a generic product from Alibaba, where multiple suppliers use the same images and graphics for the product. I’ve uploaded on Amazon and it was selling well for the last couple of days, and the listing got removed as there was a raise for copyright infringement.
What actions can I take, and what do you do when you are importing products from Alibaba with their supplied image?
(I did not create the listing, but I found another seller selling the same product, so I just applied “Sell the same item”)

You need to make sure it is listed as “generic” and that there are no brand names on the listing.

Almost certainly the image that is the problem. A lot of sellers on Alibaba copy products and use a copyrighted image of the person who first manufactured the product.
The violation is a bit harsh if you just added yourself to a listing already on Amazon. How is anyone supposed to know that the person who owns the copyright for the image didn’t create the listing.
Create your own listing with your own images.
