Amazon business invoices no longer being paid via "get paid faster" settings

- amazon business / amazon sarl are placing orders on my account (business orders for stock they have run short on etc) - the issue is that my invoice settings are set so that i get paid immediately for this for a 1.5% charge - but now invoices are showing as not due to be settled until march.

- My Invoiced order payment settings are / have been for several years set to:- You are enrolled in Get Paid Faster (1.5% fee will be charged)

- But as of this week Amazon ignoring this.

Anyone else seeing this issue? (Not released to deffered disbursement as suggested by live chat)... I cannot trade with Amazon Sarl on 45 day terms - nor have I ever agreed to - and had previously set up the Get Paid Faster setting years ago when I previously noticed this occuring.

Hello @Seller_yRRx6kG2vXe1L,

This is Sarah with Amazon.

Have you checked if the orders are IBA (Invoicing By Amazon) orders? IBA invoices are not part of "Get Paid Faster" service.

In any case, I recommend contacting Seller Support regarding this matter. They can investigate each affected order individually and provide detailed findings for your specific cases.

Best,

Sarah.
