Verification banner issue
Hello,
Amazon sent me a notification and verify my identity. But, verification banner is not working. When I click to the verification banner, nothing happens and verification page is not opening. I opened a case (case ID 15703245411) and sent an email to verification team. So far, I have not received a response. My market is still inactive. Please help me. Thank you so much.
