Your Amazon selling account has been deactivated
*** I received this letter:
"Your Amazon selling account has been deactivated. Your listings have been removed in accordance with section 3 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement. We are withholding any funds available in your account. If you have FBA inventory of the items causing "inauthentic" complaints, they are currently ineligible for removal.

*** I`m send to Amazon appeal:
Amazon see authenticity problems with listings with my ASINS : B0CVG4MF2D, B0D9SMXQBN, B0D9TSBMMW
These products have Generic brand names. They have no brand name. According to Amazon Generic product policy, it's absolutely possible to sell products with Generic brand name if these products do not violate different branded products.
Products with this ASINS : B0CVG4MF2D, B0D9SMXQBN, B0D9TSBMMW were purchased on Alibaba definetely from Suppliers, and the invoices was already reviewed by Amazon In the Attachment you can find a file from Alibaba.com - its an Alibaba invoice. There is all the information about the supplier. This supplier has all rights to sell this product on Amazon. That's why I choose them to start selling on Amazon
I want to ask Amazon to Reactivate my account, because there is no “Authenticity” problem on my sellercentral account.
I have been corresponding for a month, I sent invoices from the supplier with all the information, in response I receive the same answer from Amazon.
The reason why the Account is blocked is not clear to me, what documents does Amazon want from me?

Also, "Alibaba does not give you real invoices...You need to get a real invoice from the company you find on Alibaba."
I don't know what was on the listings outside of the title but from my understanding you were right with "compatible with" on the listing.

First of all, "Whirlpool" is a huge brand, and you have to have explicit authorization from the brand, not Alibaba. Second, Alibaba does not have permission from any brand for you, as a 3rd party seller, to sell on Amazon. Your invoices are not valid.

Forum post from last month that might help:

The only way to reinstate your account at this time is to prove that your account was deactivated in error. You have the option to submit a new appeal. When doing so, please avoid sending any previously rejected documents, as these will most likely be denied. Ensure that your new appeal includes fresh and accurate information to support your case.
These are the invoices requirements:
1. Copies of invoices, receipts or other similar documents that demonstrate where your products are produced or manufactured. These documents:
• Should reflect the sales volume of your product across all Amazon marketplaces in the last 365 days
• Should demonstrate your product’s full supply chain
• Should include contact information for the supplier(s) and the original manufacturer. Amazon may contact suppliers or manufacturers to verify the documents
2. Your documents should be able to trace your products to the original manufacturer even if you did not purchase them directly from the original manufacturer. This may require requesting additional invoices or supply chain documentation from your supplier if you are not sourcing directly from the manufacturer.
3. You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible to enable adequate review of the documents you provide. For ease of our review, you may highlight or circle the ASIN(s) under review.

Hello @Seller_IKaoENzkSCGMk,
I understand your frustration with Amazon's decision to deactivate your selling account due to concerns over product authenticity. However, based on the information you've provided, it seems there are a few key issues that need to be addressed.
Firstly, Amazon requires sellers to provide a valid Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the brand owner or authorized distributor for any branded products they sell. This is to ensure the products are genuine and the seller has the right to sell them. Without this, Amazon will likely continue to see your listings as potentially inauthentic, even if you have invoices from your supplier. This letter must come from the right's owner direct to you or your store.
Secondly, Amazon may have concerns about the legitimacy of your supplier and whether they are an authorized distributor of the brands you're selling. Amazon typically looks for sellers to source from known, reputable suppliers with a clear chain of custody for the products.
To resolve this issue, I would recommend you to obtain valid LOAs from the brand owners (Whirlpool and GE) authorizing you to sell their products. This will help demonstrate to Amazon that you have the necessary rights. Additionally, thoroughly vet your supplier that might not be authorized distributor of the brands you're selling.
When resubmitting your appeal to Amazon, be sure to include the LOAs and any other relevant documentation to prove the authenticity of your products and your right to sell them. The key is to provide Amazon with as much verifiable evidence as possible to demonstrate the legitimacy of your supply chain and product sources. Addressing these fundamental issues will be critical to getting your account reactivated.
For more information about this subject please visit the page Intellectual Property Policy for Sellers.
Please let me know if you have any other questions. I'm happy to provide further guidance as you work to resolve this matter with Amazon.
Sincerely,
-Roxy
