API access for customized listing for each order

I am trying to retrieve Amazon orders that involve custom products using the OrderItems API within SP-API.

When I try to fetch the data, I get some data but the customized data is missing in the payload.

Trying to get access to RDT always gets denied. Is there any easier way to get this data through an API call?

Good afternoon @Seller_xt0hIX3oB2gsC,

Thanks for taking the time to post your inquiry to the forums, and welcome!

I did some research on your inquiry, and found an other thread on customized data within the OrderItems API. This comment from the thread states that it requires you to request permission from Amazon in order to access that data. Have you attempted to do so?
