Hello . maybe someone has faced with the problem of identity verification . I was sent a link I went through but not to the end where you need to make a scan on it does not happen anything it does not scan does not remove the video does not make a photo . I write to the support I send a scan and passport and they send me the same letter that I need to make a scan I send and they again send the same letter they send you need a scan of the country . complete nonsense . how can you confirm identity

Connor from Amazon here, to address the identity verification you will need to follow the prompts in your Account Health center page.
Once you're there click on --> Critical Policy Violations --> Appeal
Then follow the the steps on that next page. Make sure to clear your browser's cache+cookies if you run into any tech issues or try from another browser.
