If it’s in fashion, adding the size variations at all is a hassle right now as the listing tool on seller central is broken.
Your best bet is to use a spreadsheet to do a PartialUpdate Upload to get them combined. You can get the template by going:
Catalogue —> Add Products—> Create variations using Variation Wizard—> Add to or Update An Existing Variation Family.

Let me link here another topic on the same issue: Listing a new fashion product with different size and color variants. Some of the functionalities of the tool are currently not working as intended so for now let’s please use workarounds proposed by other Seller. If I have any update on the issue, I will let you know.
