So I have this ongoing issue with EU marketplace, back when Brexit had not happened I had orders coming from EU and being fulfilled through the UK FBA warehouse.
Now after Brexit I can see every month there is a small increase in the negative balance on my account. Firstly SS was unable to advise where this was from. Today I managed to speak with an advisor who told me it was from a customer return.
I have been advised that this is a common practice that when and order is fulfilled from the UK and a customer initiates a return the unit would go to the nearest FBA warehouse.
I cannot see any of this inventory, cannot create a removal order, when I asked for the policy wording for my better understanding I was told the following:
"We do not have help pages showing this information as this is internal Amazon process."
"We do not have a help page available for this. I have tried to search for it even before and asked experts and they cannot provide us a help page link that you can view."~

We had this issue and SS would send us a link showing the item we were being charged for in Germany. The item did not show in inventory so we couldn't remove it. I solved it by changing the Automated unfulfillable settings and Automated fulfilable settings to dispose.
