An Error Occurred When We Tried to Process Your Request. We Apologize for the Inconvenience.

We currently have two ASIN's that have Product Detail Page Rules Violations (Inaccurate information on product detail page).

We have identified the problem as something in the product description and we are the Brand Owner. After we edit and we go to hit the save and finish button, we keep getting the following error message.

We've contacted Seller Support and after a long thread, we are now more confused than when we opened the case. Seller Support responded with the following:

Does anyone know what this means? I looked at the Amazon style guide and it looks like there are a bunch of different templates and I have no idea what they want me to do or how to correct this.

Hi there @Seller_CYgVk598XM1p3,

By "Proposed Value" the team means that they need to know what you are trying to change and what you are looking to change it to. In addition they want you to ensure whatever values you provide align with the Style Guide. For this, it is just a formality so you don't provide content that doesn't meet Amazon expectations. So if you wanted to change the Title you would reply

"I am trying to change the Title of this product to the following value:

Proposed Value: (whatever you want the title to be)"

It looks like some of your changes were successful, however please note that in general Seller Support is unable to update your Shipping Settings for your offers on your behalf. If you are still having issues please provide additional details and I will investigate further. Thank you for your understanding.
