Amazon will not reactivate your account. It is an assumption that you have all the necessary permissions from any brand (not distributor) that you plan to resell.

If you feel that unjust, you can reach out for legal counsel.

Well, this part should be simple to fix. Just show your Letter of Authorization from these parties giving you permission to sell their products on Amazon.

Amazon is not going to take action for you; if you want to take action, it is up to you to go after the companies who gave you a written contract allowing you to sell their products on Amazon but are now backing out of that written contract. A lawyer would be a good first step; show them your written Letter of Authorization to sell those brands on Amazon, and they should be able to help you take the next steps.

But keep in mind, "in good faith" doesn't absolve you of any wrongdoing. It's YOUR job to make sure that everything is done correctly, not Amazon's, and not anyone else's.

While KeHE could be authorized to sell the products, this does not mean that authorization trickles down. As stated in Amazon's product authenticity and intellectual property policies, all sellers agree to follow local, state, and federal laws in addition to Amazon policies. The authenticity of items will fall under this agreement.

Distributors are NOT able to authorize anyone to sell a BRAND. They only sell.

While KeHE could be authorized to sell the products, this does not mean that authorization trickles down. It is important to engage with a brand directly and obtain authorization, as @Atlas_Amazon has previously mentioned.
