The ASIN you provided is advertised with a primary use for Acne, which per our cosmetics policy in Canada:
Examples of products that are regulated as drugs or natural health products are:
- Face creams and make-up that contain sunscreen or claim an SPF;
- Anti-dandruff products;
- Oral care products that claim to strengthen the teeth, enamel or gums;
- Skin care products that claim to eliminate age spots;
- Skin care products that claim to prevent, heal, stop or treat acne; and
- Prescription strength products.
If this is your situation, you will need to provide a full ingredients list and upload said list to the product detail page, in addition to removing the Acne claims. We may also require the submission of product packaging images from all 6 sides of your ASIN including front, back, left, right, top and bottom.
If you have already done this, please provide your related case so I can look into the situation a bit further. I would also ask that you post your original deactivation notice so I can better understand the exact reason for deactivation.

hey I've had the same situation so many times!! from my experience you need to show bilingual labeling and update all your product pictures to clearly show the ingredients and bilingual labeling and then submit an appeal where you basically have to grovel, explain how you've never sold a cosmetic product and beg them to help you! best of luck!

Has similar issue with one of our products. besides making sure your pictures are showing ingredients and is bilingual, also make sure that there is no medical claims on your A+ content or product information.

We had a similar situation with a product and worked with an Amazon SPN, Quality Smart Solutions, who was recommended to us by Amazon Canada to review our products, write a letter. They did a fantastic job. Just be aware that writing a letter doesn't guarantee it'll get relisted. In our case it did.
