Video myself packing orders..... wow 🤯
Ok, I have to discuss this.... so I know its not just me?!
The usual SAFE-T claim refused.... several times its happened now...
Cases go the same way each time:
Customer opens a return - says we sent the wrong product (we didn't)
PRIOR REFUND APPLIED
Customer returns a different product (something we've never stocked, the tags don't even match the product 😂)
I open a SAFE-T claim - reason - wrong item returned to us (accurate reason)
SAFE-T claim denied: the customer has open a return request for "wrong item was sent" and the seller opened a SAFE-T for the same thing. SAFE-T claim team are unable to prove the claim which is why the claim was rejected.
I ask Amazon what I am to do in this scenario and what protections they have.... they suggest I video myself packing every order in the future, photographing and showing every invoice next to the product, so I have evidence I'm not in the wrong.
So basically, if you're a customer, you can say you've received the wrong item, return it, get your refund from the seller - and thats it. The easiest scam around and there is nothing Amazon will do to stop it.... unless the seller videod themselves and their staff in a lot of detail.
Whats the bet the footage would be an issue when the time came!?!?

How would you even submit the video footage?
