Help! My deposit account is rejected because "The account holder’s name on the bank account document does not match the name entered in Seller Central."

My seller central name is exactly the name on the bank statement, TO A TEE. Perfectly spelled, capitalisation, whatever.
Why? and how to dispute this? there's no way to reach support.
I tried to request a call, it says to type the 3 digit security number provided, but it announces only 2 out of the 3 digits, then says I failed to type the 3rd digit.

just resubmit it.. i had a bank rejected yesterday, resent it today and was accepeted
