Willing to switch my individual passport based account to LLC based account

I created my amazon seller account on the base of my Passport, and now I am intended to create a non-USA-resident single member LLC in the state of Montana USA. I need guidance on it before I get to form my LLC.

Since, I already have a seller account, please let me know if I can simply switch the same to LLC based, just by updating the business info credentials? If not, please ensure that my account won't be banned or deactivated due to a duplicate account case.

Also, please guide if I can continue to use my personal bank accounts (i.e. in my name) as deposit method and charge method for amazon?

Also, let me know, since I am not physically located in the USA, wll the address of registered agent work for amazon as well?

So you are trying to switch your account from individual to business? Please confirm, also do you have two seller accounts, because you indicated: "If not, please ensure that my account won't be banned or deactivated due to a duplicate account case."

If you do have two selling accounts with the same address, you may be flagged for review, while multiple accounts are allowed there are certain rules and policies you have to follow.

*Also, please guide if I can continue to use my personal bank accounts (i.e. in my name) as deposit method and charge method for amazon?

You have to use your own name and deposit method such as your bank will have to match your personal information.
