We were told that the AMAZON business Advisory services helps improves the business. But we are are getting charged every week instead of every month. We have requested to stop the service right sfter this. It has been three months we are paying for nothing to AMAZON.
No one is ready to answer the phone or to respond to the email. No propoer communication channel.

You can directly contact to your business advisory team, they have a form which you need to fill out and then after your subscription get cancelled, and stoped deducting money, telling on behalf of same issue i was facing 3 months back, and advisory told me to fill out the form, which they gave me or, it was shared in a mail also
