Amazon has suspended my Seller Account because of payment account

Hi, I set up my seller account in Jun 19, I entered my MasterCard credit card number, and while registering I received a SMS from the bank, said my credit card pays 1 pound.
After registration is completed, I enter the seller account and uploaded Business license, Bank statement, and successfully verified, everything looks very smooth.
However my seller account was suspended by Amazon yesterday, and I received an email from Amazon, following is the content:

Dear Seller,

We were unable to verify the information you provided when registering for a Selling on Amazon payment account and, as a result, your Selling on Amazon payment account could not be opened. Unfortunately, this means that you will not be able to continue to sell on Amazon.

Please take appropriate steps to resolve any open orders. Note that any amounts paid as a result of A-to-z Guarantee claims and chargebacks may be deducted from the balance in your existing Seller Account.

Please do not hesitate to contact Seller Support with any questions you may have:

Kind regards,
Amazon Payments Europe

Amazon Payments Europe S.C.A., partnership limited by shares, is a company registered in Luxembourg, Registration Number B 153 265, with its corporate office at 5 Rue Plaetis, L-2338 Luxembourg. Can you tell what’s the problem of my payment account? Is it because of my MasterCard credit card? and how should I do to recover my account? Should I add a VISA credit card and open a case?

I don’t think its your card - sounds more like your information doesn’t match up. For card problems they don’t suspend so quickly, just ask you to “update your card details”. Are you sure you received a notification from Amazon saying you have passed verification (sounds too quick to me)? did you just have an email thanking you for supplying docs maybe?
