DE AMZ - Amazon Policy сonflicts each other and prevent seller to make activity
Hello,
Amazon Germany marketplace. Conflict is between policy of the Internal Catalogue team and Amazon Product Compliance (cbd-oils).
- Amazon Product Compliance says: "You need to put browse node ID 2860344031 (Duftöle) and we will reinstate your listing"
- Internal Catalogue team says: "Requested Browse Node: Duftöle [2860344031] s a branch node and it is not the most optimal choice for the ASINs, we have more suitable leaf node in our DE structure. Branch nodes are not used for direct assignment, as long as a deeper more suitable leaf node exists, in this case the deepest leaf node is Ätherische Öle Singles [26957274031].
- I cannot change the node by myself as this option is blocked by the internal catalogue team, only they can change it, but they dont want. I cannot explain them that its not my wish, its the requirement of the Product Compliance team for listing reinstatement, and cannot explain Compliance team that there is a better node as saying internal catalogue team.

Conclusion: None of the team are willing to yield or compromise, and as a result, my listings remain blocked. Amazon Product Compliance insists on a specific category code, while the Internal Catalogue team insists that there’s a more suitable sub-category in the DE structure. They don’t apply this code directly since a deeper, supposedly more accurate category exists at the leaf node level. Now, with both sides standing their ground, I'm left with inactive listings, looking for a way to resolve this situation.
I have an example of Node ID 2860344031 listing that was approved by Product Compliance - ASIN B0DDCV7C5G (you can use it as example of node ID 2860344031)
Target ASINs where Node ID 2860344031 is needed for reinstatement: ASINs: B0D5BKT5T8 & B0D5BM7T1S
Required action - please manually change Node ID to 2860344031 on ASINs: B0D5BKT5T8 & B0D5BM7T1S
@Jona_Amazon @Emma_Amazon @Rachelle_Amazon Hello, I ask you to help in this issue as I spent 4 weeks without any result, as policy in Amazon conflicts each other.. Thank you, I hope for your assistance as forum is last hope to fix it.
