A-Z Granted Against us Despite of having Signatured Proof of Delivery
We delivered our order as we promised and we have Proof of Delivery signed by customer himself.
He created A-Z and we won in first place. Then he created 2nd A-Z and the team (Customer's biggest support for A-Z fraud) refunded the customer on our behalf despite of we have proof of delivery signed.
We lost 280 USD and gifted some person our product for no reason!

Thank you for your patience. I looked into the case that I escalated on your behalf and see that the partner team has completed their review and have decided to uphold their original decision. The reason is because valid tracking information was not provided on the order which resulted in the claim being seller funded. However, there was no impact to your order defect rate. I know that this is not the outcome that you were hoping for but at least we were able to get additional review on the case.
