You say you have an Individual Account, but presumably you must have signed up for the Professional Selling Plan (£30 / month) ? - the Individual seller ACCOUNT is not the same as the Individual selling PLAN.

Where are you located? - are you in UK ?

Also, just to clarify - with an Individual Account you can ONLY sell off your own personal second-hand items, and not new goods, and I believe that if you are not resident in UK you cannot have an Individual Seller Account.
