Best Case for New Seller to register it's own "brand" - as Re-Selling items
Hi,
I'm new on Amazon.
Having around 800 items I sell on different platforms as a Sole Trader.
Basicly I'm Re-Selling items, I do not own a Brand nor Manufacturing them.
Well know Brand names in the industry, Soldering Tools, Supplies, Consumables.
These items not really in the Amazon ASIN, or Private, or needs authorization from the "Brand Owner" - which is just like myself, re-seller.
The sad part of it, others are made some of these items as "Their Brand" - which isn't true at all.
Gave 2 times a try to register a new product, but all the time has been rejected.
What's the best case scenario is for me as a 1st step?
Thanks.

Listing a product under a different brand than the brand it is is both against Amazon terms and conditions, and is illegal.
If you're trying to list a product and somehow has it under an incorrect brand, all you can do is report the listing as inaccurate. Amazon will likely do nothing, at which point you'll need to move on as you can't sell that product.
