How do I edit my signature confirmation email?
I am being sent screenshots of the confirmation email that customers receive from us. It lists an email that is related to our website support, instead of directing them to Amazon for assistance. This is problematic, as we are only able to help Amazon customers within Amazon, and this is creating confusion for our customers.
I am unable to locate the space to view and edit our automated confirmation email. Can I get some help with this?

Important: In general, you can contact buyers only to complete orders or to respond to customer service questions. You cannot contact buyers for marketing or promotional purposes (including via email, physical mail, telephone, or otherwise).

Why not just add a sheet with support instructions inside the box instead of emailing?

That is not an allowed reason for contact.
It sounds as if you are doing this for every order?
That can lead to suspension (can and has)
