6 FBA shipments refused by FC in a week
Last week I shipped 5 boxes to BHX3 via Royal Mail, inside was a DG ASIN I have been selling for 6 months with no issues. All 5 boxes were refused by the FC and returned to me. I have made a support ticket and contacted Amazon support on Twitter who had previously helped me, both of which told me to contact Royal Mail to get a "rejection slip". When I rang RM no one had ever heard of a rejection slip before and tell me to contact Amazon for the reason they were refused.
I have been in a non stop circle for a week now and no one can tell me why im unable to send this stock in.
Thinking it was some mistake I sent in another box, again going to BHX3 which was also refused. I have arranged for one more shipment to be sent tomorrow this time using non partnered UPS (again, DG ASIN) but I have very little faith that itll go through.
Can someone please advise me on what to do, problems like this with so little support keep me up at night.

Royal Mail isn't on Amazons approved carriers list. Approved cRRIERS HAve N llocated delivery slot which, of course, RM cannot fulfil.

use UPS through amazon. its very cheap and you are covered for any loss/damage

BHX3 isnt a DG fulfillment centre - might be the reason it was refused. The DG centre is up chester way or somewhere around there isnt it?
