Country of Origin information

Hello, we received an email from Amazon with some information.

"From December 31, 2024, product listings without Country of Origin information will be restricted from cross-border sales until the required information is provided."

However, when we try to add the 'Country of Origin' information, this option does not appear in the Handmade category. How can we fix this? Thank you!

I just looked and all my products have the option to enter country of origin at the top of the safety and compliance page and they are all in the handmade category, so this might only be an issue for some sub-categories?

Good Evening @Seller_eUQOJCLR6U7kA,

I wanted to stop by and share -->THIS<-- help page for directions on how to bulk upload the COO information for your listings.

If you do not have the Category Listings Report functionality available from the drop down menu of your inventory reports, please reach out to Selling Partner Support so they can provide you with access to this report.

The Category Listings Report allow you to download your existing contribution SKUs in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets that can be edited and uploaded to update their listings.

Once the editing is done, the template can be saved and the upload can be done by accessing from Seller Central > Catalogue > Add Products via Upload > Browse files > Submit products.

To ensure the Country of Origin (COO) compliance in future please repeat the same process for all stores in scope. If COO is present for all your Offering SKUs, no further action is required.

You can also find more updates on this announcement on this discussion I have created HERE. Please let us know if we can help answer any more of your questions or you may reach out to Selling Partner Support at anytime. Have a wonderful rest of the week.

Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon
