Issue with adding product customizations in bulk via upload

Hi,

I'm struggling to add product customizations in bulk via upload.

I'm following these steps:

1) Download the feed file from the page "Add product customizations in bulk via upload"

2) Add sku to the file. I'm testing just with one single alphanumeric sku at the moment.

3) Save the "Template" sheet as a .tsv file

4) Import the template file

Each time I'm getting the following results:

Total # of records submitted: 0

Total # of records processed successfully: 0

Total # of records with errors: 0

The error import file says "We encountered an error while trying to read the uploaded feed file. Please make sure you remove any encoded/invalid characters (e.g. , ,.., etc) that may have accidentally made their way into your file and save the file as Unicode Text (.txt) format before you upload again."

However, I just added one alphanumeric sku and saved as .tsv UTF-8 therefore I don't understand where the encoded/invalid characters may be coming from.

Would appreciate any ideas on how this could be resolved.

Thank you.

Greetings @Seller_tpmsandc9O9pk,

Thank you for reaching out with your difficulties with creating your customizations via upload. It may be that something included in your file is incorrect and not functioning as expected so I recommend reaching out to Seller Support with your template and your batch ID for review. If you provide your Seller Support case I can review to ensure it is with the right team. Please let me know if you have any additional questions. Thank you for your understanding.
