Started selling in USA - higher returns

Hello,

Anyone selling in USA, what has the experiece with returns been? I just started selling in the USA and to given an example, i must have sold over 1000 items in the UK with only 4-5 returns. Now compared to the USA i got same amount of returns already by selling just over 40 items.

I know these products are not defect or bad quality but wondering why i have high rate of returns in USA.

Also any solution as to how i can get this shipped back to the UK once amazon confirm these cannot be restocked.

I'm amazed your return rate is that low in the UK. Our returns rate for other platforms is that low, but on Amazon with free returns advertised on the listing page, it's more like 5%.
