we have an issue currently where all of our sfp prime one day delivery are now just showing prime (not one day) (and padded by one extra day on the amazon product pages.
once an order is placed - it shows us a next day delivery deadline.
no one can explain why - we have been given multiple excuses and reasons -
it has as of today (23/07/2025) been passed back again for further review.
meanwhile our sales are seriously affected.
(we have 1 defect in the last 14 days with an amazon shipping package that was sent on time but was delivered 1 day late due to misrouting within amazon shipping - we were told to contact amazon shipping and request an explanation and what steps were being taken to ensure it did not re-occur !!! )
I appreciate that you are only offering answers to general questions - but we can see many other sellers have experienced this issue recently and have also struggled getting the issue resolved.
So happy if you answer in general terms and perhaps also explain why the health screens show all ok - but obviously something has changed!
(and it is not an issue with one delivery area as we routinely check with multiple destinations)

Not quire on topic BUT
This "event" should also look at the perilous status of OTDR for non Prime Seller fulfilled orders - a substantial percentage of sales for many small businesses.
VTR policy as published has the requirement to use valid tracking on all orders. In contrast the metric measures on time delivery ! How can sellers be responsible for the efficiency of third party delivery partners if they ship on time with valid tracking products approved as Amazon "partners".

Email from Amazon....
"Hello,
Amazon Business customers expect the same fast, on-time deliveries as individual consumers, but if a delivery is attempted on the day their business is closed, it increases the risk of lost or stolen packages. To prevent this, when you use Buy Shipping for Amazon Business orders, you will only see shipping options that meet the B2B customer’s operating days. "
So, If they order Prime next day on a Friday, where does it leave us? Do we get punished if we use next day (if it comes up as an option), or does our delivery rate take a hit?
Clarification on this issue would be appreciated

All orders are shipped on-time by us every single day. We're nearly 100% SFP as FBA results have been mixed at best.
I cant see how we can improve GVS or QTDR rates.
