Very Dissappointed by chat support
Dear Amazon,
I am regretting wasting money on seller account by getting a license and thinking that amazon is safe , profitable yet managed my learned persons. But i am very sorry and disappointed because whenever I asked helped for Chat support either they misguide, or they just chit chat and send the misguiding links to waste my time , Mostly I never got the proper help from them. Kindly hire the learned persons who have proper knowledge of platform or just close the seller accounts so that new sellers would not waste their time and money.

you are absolutely correct they don't have any idea as my amount 1972 aed is stuck with them almost 2 month they are not answering even close my all case id and inform me that my amount is transferred and I already gave them statement of accounts from my bank but they didn't listen now there are no answer from their side just wasting my time.

I encountered something even more infuriating. My removal order was signed for by someone I didn’t know, and his EID had expired. This was clearly a fraud. Amazon Seller Support asked me to contact the courier myself and rudely closed the case. There were 19 cartons of this shipment, more than 500 pieces, and I had no idea where they went.

Absolutely agree. I don't know who they employ but they don't have idea what they are doing. They such such a huge chunk of each order and yet it's almost impossible to get a resolution for any case.
