Mass cancellation glitch
Hi, Im posting this because despite numerous back and forths with seller central they have nothing to add. All of my stock on every asin is getting ordered and cancelled in mass amounts every day (1000+ excess orders daily) i have no idea whats going on and no way to tell the difference

Hi its not. Going to be a glitch as payments need to be put against the orders for them to be reserved.
Its more the case of someone peeing you off to jog off…
If you are selling on shared listings look to see if there are new sellers on the listings which is ordering your stock its most likely to do with this person… If its not look at items similar to yours that’s just appeared likely to be very similar but much cheaper…
From this point all you have is an idea but you can let amazon know of this person on your case.

You can limit the amount of an item in any 1 order, so you can say 2 only per customer. That way then any competitor has to have multiple accounts to reduce all your stock
