Item is worthless no label and is not the item sent to buyer - tried to raise a safe T claim as buyer has been refunded got this message: This order is not eligible for SAFE-T claim. How was the item returned? Did the customer use an amazon prepaid return label? And was the customer refunded at first scan?

I've had this a few times. In the end, I just had to write them off. Annoying as it is, it wasn't worth the time in the end, fighting a losing battle
