Updated ID and account deactivated
Amazon deactivated my account due to my ID being expired. I have been trying to upload my updated ID but the submission button is greyed out, which means I am not able to upload any documents. I have been trying to do this for over a year now and not much help or support being given by Amazon representative. I believe that someone would have been helpful enough to assist their customer but no help at all, very surprising to me.
Does anyone know how to get this ID submitted to reactivate the account?

Not helpful but I have been in the same position. Account health as far as I can see is fine, i've managed to provide all information but account remains deactivated.
Never managed to resolve or get a response on here from anyone at Amazon to point me in the right direction.
