How long does it take for a shipment to check in at the FBA warehouse now?
Our shipment that was delivered to Amazon on the 20th of last month has not been checked in until now, it has been 24 days.
According to the logistics provider, the shipment that we should have sent to BHX4 was sent to IUKM, the warehouse, on the 20th of last month and the shipment was delivered by Amazon.
And now the promotion and holidays are over, still no check in, very puzzling.
Opening a case in seller centre doesn't help except to tell us to wait.
Is there anything we can do other than wait? We have POD and appointment ID.

I have the same - delivered on the 20th December but not booked in. Amazon Seller Support keep saying the stock has not been found and they won't refund us because its not eligible yet. Discussions have been going on for the last two weeks and don't get any further. So frustrating.
