Our Black Friday Week and Cyber Monday holiday shopping event from November 21 through December 2, was the biggest ever compared to the same 12-day period ending on Cyber Monday in prior years, with record sales and a record number of items sold.
It was also the largest event ever for independent sellers, most of which are small and medium-sized businesses. More than 60 percent of sales in Amazon’s store during the event were from independent sellers.

As an independent seller on your site from 2008 your claim of being the biggest sales ever rang very hollow here on Amazon it was out worst holiday sales ever coupled with Amazon sending out fraudulent messages telling customers that their item was lost and to ask for a refund which led to one in every 5 sales people asking for refunds when shown the tracking that their items were received most apologised as said Amazon told them they could get a refund others would put in claims get the goods for free we would get the ODR black mark theft if our goods and customers openly tell us that they have my goods and opened the A-z as Amazon told them if they did they would get the refund..
I know many other Amazon sellers are victims of the fraudulent activity by Amazon but there will be no mention of this from Foug in his ivory tower.
How much longer Doug do you think you can keep biting the hand that feeds you before the 60§of your sales walk away for good?
I do not expect Doug or anyone from Amazon to respond to this mail from the factory floor sort of speak
