[Report Center] Amazon DSP: custom reports missing columns

Hi everyone!

Since September last year, I've been missing some performance columns (particularly sales metrics) in my DSP custom reports.

  • Dimensions included: Date, Advertiser, Campaign, Order, Line item, Creative (Daily)
  • Metrics: Add to List (ATL), Add to Cart (ATC), Purchases, New-to-brand-purchases, Product units sold, Product sales, New-to-brand product sales, Total detail page views (Total DPV), Total Add to Lists (Total ATL), Total Add to Carts (Total ATC), Total purchases, Total new-to-brand purchases, Total units sold, Total product sales, Total new-to-brand product sales

Even when there's no data to retrieve, the Excel shows a list of Campaigns, Line items, and so on, with all metrics with zero values, but missing those 4 sales columns.

We really need to get the same file structure not to disrupt our data ingestion processes. Do you know why these metrics are missing? How could I still be getting them in my custom reports?

Thank you for your help!

Hi there @Seller_ejEKfGTUvziYq- thanks for posting about this.

The best recommendation I can provide is to open a case with our Advertising support team to help troubleshoot the issue.

If you've already created such a case, please feel free to share the Case ID with me so I can connect it to our Advertising team internally.

Thanks,

Danny
